They are scans, I wasn\'t sure if they\'re allowed here or not...so here\'s a link to the forum where they are posted...

He\'s not as sexy as he was in the PS2 games.  The environment looks great.

cool.  He still look cool but the frowning on his face has to go.  Makes him look rather weird and old like you said.

But the graphics are superb if it looks like that

Dante\'s bad ass appearance has diminished somewhat.

Don\'t worry guys, it\'s just concept art.  However, it\'s supposedly running real-time on the PS3.

How dare you imply I am biased. I have equally bashed the Xbox 360 pictures. All I said is the enviroments look like DMC2 . An open city which was a complete diaster.
Oh and Dante is the ugly.

Did i mention the 360 ? No.

So, I\'m still kind of puzzled as to why you react so extremely sour and sceptic towards most of next gen\'s screenshots. They\'re just beta screenshots, see them for what they are. Enjoy the ride :)

You IMPLIED that I only made comments about the PS3.

I\'m happy that you can be thrilled with something that is just a marginal step up. Congratulation\'s.

Well, no, I can forgive if somebody thinks I imply he only bashes new Sony stuff. I mean, I believe LIC if he says he bashes all.

It\'s just a bit of a shame imo to be over sceptical before the games have even arrived ; jumping to conclusions.

I mean.. On occasion i\'m still surprised by certain current gen games, graphically. Especially now that I work at a gamestudio, i see what goes into it and what kind of effort it takes ; that gives some good insight to view things in perspective.

That\'s fine and I understand that, but for the rest of us, who don\'t see the painstaking work that goes into it, a medicore game is just that, a medicore game. Not to mention, I can\'t be excited by screens. I need more than that. The days of simple screenshots creating excitement is long gone.
