Waimea Canyon, the Grand Canyon of the Pacific. The gorges you see in the canyon and Kalalau Valley erodes at an astonishing rate of 1 inch every 50 years. That\'s very fast in comparison to other places around the world. The first pic above, I learned that Kalalau valley extended another 2 miles into the sea several thousand years ago.
The "village" down below was used in the filming of "Outbreak", starring Dustin Hoffman.
This pic here is Honolulu, on the island of Oahu. This picture was taken from the top of Diamon Head Crater. It\'s a nice little hike for the office jockeys of the world.
