eh I don\'t think anyone\'s as good as they are in their movies, mainly because it\'s all just madness choreographed, and fake. :>  I will add that he\'s the only non-asian who runs a dojo in Japan (birthplace of aikido) so I bet he knows a thing or two.

Some of his older stuff is just classic popcorn-flick material.  Above the Law, Hard to Kill, the Under Sieges..  Nothing about him screams legendary, especially his charisma.  He\'s just a big dumb guy that doesn\'t like to take sh!t and can kick the bad guy\'s ass by tearing all their limbs off & stapling them to his own body so he can give one big simultaneous high-5 to all his fans.

EvX it first sounded like the "him" you were referring to was Seagal but it was actually Van Damne.  Sound right?

meh,..let seagal get his hustle on...this cat hasn\'t been makin\' movies in a long time, so he\'s created something to keep tha cash flow comin\'...on another note i would,nt mind  seein\' Van Dam and seagal in a movie together...when they were in their prime...there were always talks of who was better...me personally i think seagal would whoop Van Dam\'s ass,..only because seagal is nice with the hands,...Van Dam only does spinning back kicks :rolleyes:...there was one other white dude that was alright also,...don\'t know his name but he was in the movie called the perfect weapon.....and of course Jet Li would whoop all of their asses...:p
