I want to like the show, but I get upset thinking that it is turning into a never-ending soap opera.  

It dangles the carrot of an answer to it all, but only creates more questions.

I like shows that deal with a problem in one episode, or a couple of episodes or even a series.

I still watch the show because I get fooled into believing that they might throw us an answer or two. They won\'t.  Why would they give the answers and end their show when they can drag it on forever?

There are a lot of theories out there and that\'s what\'s fun.

If you click on the seat #s it\'s kind of wierd.  The brother and sister are up front in first class while many of the others are in the back.  

Also you may notice when you check flight 815 that the arrival says that it arrived in LA.

This show is very bizarre.

Click on the row numbers in the order of the numbers once you get to the seating chart.

THe numbers are everywhere in the show. It\'s kind of cool to look for them.  DId you notice when Hurley is running for the gate (Gate 15) he passes by a girls soccer team.  They are all wearing the uniforms of the numbers in order.  He then proceeds to go into gate 23.

In the pilot the black lady is crying about her husband not making it.  Well I heard they signed Samuel L Jackson to play her husband.  Is he playing her huband in a flashback?  Or is he on another part of the island?

The lady wasn\'t crying about her husband not making it. She told Jack that her husband isn\'t dead.

In the 20/20 interview, the show\'s creator said that everything on the show has a logical explanation. I just don\'t see how that moving "smoke" can have a logical explanation.

So did anyone watch the season opener?  What a good freaking show.

Hey I don\'t followw the show that much but what\'s with that first green box on the seating chart?  Keep clicking it and I see a passport from Iraq.  Was the plane terrorized to da flo?

The show is extremely well written.  8 oclock last night they had a great recap show for anyone to follow to get back into it.  You can probably download it on torrent or usenet.

The show is very freaky and keeps you guessing constantly.  According to the writters they aren\'t even scratching the surface of where they are going.

It\'s definitely a show you can\'t miss an episode on (Kind of like JJ Abram\'s other show, ALIAS).  You would just miss so darn much.

If you are into lost at all, over at AVSFORUM there is a huge thread about it.

It\'s just amazing how many little things are there to pick up on.  Props especially.  Also all the flash backs.  Man they relate everything to everything.  It\'s such a whacked show.

There is a theory going around that the show is based on some obscure french research paper that says everyone on earth has a genetic twin somewhere in the world.

The theory would just be another random theory if it were not bolstered by [sp]the fact that the official LOST site features an unlockable page from the script that has "Jack 1" getting chased and tackled by "Jack 2"[/sp]

hmmmmm.  Sounds interesting. Where is the lost site you are talking about?  There are several.

What do you guys think about the quarantine on the inside of the hatch? Apparently the island is quarantined from the guy inside the hatch.

BTW, What\'s the over/under on when the rest of the survivors of Oceanic flight 815 show up? We know that Michelle Rodriguez was one of them and I HIGHLY doubt they hired her to just play a 2 minute role in a random flashback.
