The stuff you can buy at GNC doesn\'t work. The GNC supplements are legal because they are marketing garbage. Steroids are illegal.

you can\'t buy steroids in a gnc, you can\'t even get prohormones in a GNC.  Pretty much anything anabolic is illegal now, the closest thing you can get is stuff like superdrol, and you can only get that stuff online.

and before anyone asks, no I don\'t/never have used steroids, I\'m all natural, and am now going on 1 year as a vegetarian, and am bigger than ever *thrusts at the myth you have to eat meat to get big*

There\'s soy, among other things. You can be a vegetarian and still get plenty of protein. It is quite difficult though.

I believe milkshakes does contain a lot of proteins.  So are jellybeans.  Also good for your muscles too, since it does require handjobs...

I have no problem getting protein, all my meat substitutes are chock full of soy protein.  I get about 200g a day.
