I can\'t see the video, but I assume it\'s a vid of Greg Valentino.  That\'s not just steroid abuse but also synthol, which is an oil they inject directly into the muscle to bloat it up.

That\'s at the top level. There are natural bodybuilding competitions and they test for steroids. They don\'t test for steroids at the professional freaks-of-nature level.
