I believe I already pointed that out... a long time ago.

And people should quit posting in here if they aren\'t going to list what they are listening to.

Computers don\'t make singers sound good. Good producers do. I got this kid I work with right now who I\'m gonna get to sing on a couple of my songs, and I almost WANT him to suck so I can see what I can do.

For (e)... I\'m listening to Rammstein right now.

Processing voices can both enhance and virtually overwrite the singer\'s work.

For example, on David Gilmour\'s new album there are some backing vocals by David Crosby and Graham Nash that are so processed that they\'re virtually unidentifiable.

As for me, I\'m at this second listening to Collective Soul. The recently released live album.

Since when did music have to be \'serious\'? What is wrong with a money making machine band, as long as someone enjoys the music? They may not been the most talented, but if someone enjoys them, their talent doesn\'t matter. I for one think the Flaming Lips and Yellowcard both suck ass - but guess what? No big deal. You enjoy \'em.

You\'ve obviously never listened to them. You see, I was insulting Yellowcard because they are a corny, pop punk emo band with no substance. They are what you could considered shitty music.

You see The Flaming Lips are a band with substance. The Flaming Lips create amazing music with lush and magical sounds, much more to be said than Yellowcard\'s monotone punk with violin, oh joy. You can\'t even put a garbage-can-band, Yellowcard, and The Flaming Lips in a sentence together, this particular sentence being the only exception.

:thumb: Oh yeah, The Flaming Lips new cd At War With the Mystics is released on my birthday, April 4th. What a great gift :)

Right now I\'m listening to:

Sepultura - City of Dis
Anyone else enjoy DANTE XXI as much as I am? They haven\'t put out something this good in some time.

LIC, do you listen to yellowcard before or after you watch "The O.C."?

spudz, here\'s a linky for you. http://www.glidemagazine.com/events65.html

the album is amazing.

Not necisarilly (sp)

Youd be amazed what some talent and an EQ can do.

Thanks Chizz, I\'ll fuck around with that. This kid is gonna be like my vocal production experiment so I\'ll take anything to try out.

And (e)... get Rosenrot... It\'s awesome.
