i don\'t know what to think of this...i think it is kinda harsh...where\'s the respect?..cause in all honesty, i think any one of us would wait for an older person to cross to the street. Then again if your walking steps are equal to that of an ant, then maybe you shouldn\'t be walkin\' around at all....thoughts?

If you try to cross the street when you know it\'s going to take you 5 minutes, then you DON\'T know what you\'re doing.  You are truly taking your life in your own hands when you attempt that in Los Angeles.  Maybe she doesn\'t value her life much anymore, but at least she has an excuse. (old age)
 
I can\'t stand it when lazy people enter the cross walk just before it turns red, and then walk across at a normal pace.

how about extend the time of the red light and walk signal to 1 minute instead of 20 seconds?  If she is still walking too slowly and behind by 1 minutes, maybe she need the electric cart or have someone drive her...

they just need to fix this street..and others like it..a minute is a little extreme, but maybe 30 seconds. Should give old people enough time to get to the median
