Man I am so dirty. It hasn\'t rained here in so long.

The property was one big dust bowl. I have so much crap in my lungs it\'s downright nasty.

It\'s amazing how small the area looks when you mark it out on the property. Although it is definitely a long house. It will be interesting to see it get built.

We\'re hoping to be in the thing in about 10 months.

What town did you buy in? And I can\'t believe you\'re so dry. I thought it rained there every day...

Also, we got the approval letter for our mortgage, and should be moving into our little shitbox sometime in June.

Stem wall is up. Went up six courses. That took 49 loads of dirt to fill up the stem wall to get ready for the slab..

where\'s the basement?

we\'re in, I spent the last 2 weeks working 60 hours at my job, and then working until 11 PM ripping out carpet, painting and plastering, and barbecueing.

also, had a new furnace / central air installed...it\'s nice to know peeps in the industry. My drummer did it for $2200....

Central air is the shit. I have it in my house and love it a hell of a lot better than the window units in my old house. However, my apartment isn\'t central aired

I need window units for atleast my and my roomies bedroom and teh other bedroom with my other two roomies. My room is where I\'ll be doing much of my drinking (there will be a surround sound DVD player, PS2, a fridge and an HDTV. I\'m never leaving

). Dunno if we\'re gonna put an AC unit downstairs yet. I\'ll post pics of the apartment when I move in August 1

wall units give me a headache.

I think the house is getting 7 tons of A/C. Can\'t remember, but I think it\'s a 4 and a 3.
