I agree that was wrong of him.  Its a good thing he apologize, but not sure who he apologize to.  He should apologize to the all the students who he told to write it and to their parents if necessary.

It would be funny if he got back students saying they\'d kill him :p Atleast he apologized for it and was man enough to admit he fudged up.
