Even if stores have no pre-owned section ebay will still offer plenty of opportunities to pick up used games.

Every person has the right to resell something they have legally purchased.

I always look for a used copy of a game, only a fool would not try and save some cash.

but lets face it.. its developers that are getting pinched here. It\'s a good thing for developers.

evi, good find on the first link.  That was a fast response from Sony, only took a day.  the second one was not necessary as it does NOT pertain to my original post.

ddaryl, you do not have the legal right to resell eveything you purchase.  read the agreements on some of your computer software, digital downloads, etc.

Would you be able to resell it if you uninstalled it completely or no? That\'d make sense since you\'re not pirating anything - there\'d only be one owner to one product at any given time.

sometimes, and sometimes no.

My Lightwave, for example, does allow that though I\'d have to go to an official reseller to make it legal.  All depends on the user agreement.
