Excite Truck

I\'m too lazy to find links, but while the graphics are early PS2 quality (think ATV offroad with trees), the game is really fast and looks like a lot of fun.
 
Seek out a video and imagine steering and adjusting landing angles by tilting the remote. At the pace the game runs, it\'ll be a frantic game. Looks like fun, especially if they flesh it out with some varied courses and online multiplayer.
 
Maybe add in a random track generator or a course builder.
 
It has potential to be a sleeper hit, anyway.

Does this have any relation to Excite Bike?

That\'s exactly what they\'re doing, turning that into a new franchise. I always thought Excitebike was one word, though.
 
To watch it, the games are pretty different, with Excitebike having been a more complete game.
 
One fun thing, though, when you crash you need to tap the button before you\'re put back on the track.
 
Same thing when you crashed in the original Excitebike and had to get your guy to run back to the bike. Cool throwback, if you ask me. Hopefully they sneak in some of the music, too.

I don\'t remember. I haven\'t played the game in over 15 years. I miss that game. It was one of my favorites back in the day.
