But based off one of his other graphic novels. Directed by the guy who did the Dawn of the Dead remake I believe.

On the plus, finally got my PC fixed. A 752$ repair bill later and its back up and running :D Damn Motherboard.

I\'m not familiar with the comic that it\'s based on, but It looks like a decent rental.

Actually, it looks like it would make a good video game.

Canadian dollars MM my friend, Canadian dollars :) (661 US)

Since they were already replacing the MB, I also had them put in 400 extra RAM, clean anything out that could be and dual processors.

Its funny, I use to always be about consoles. Now I\'ve found myself over the last few years just keeping the PC up for my gaming needs.

I think I learned my lesson (launch day lesson anyways) with the 360. Paid all that extra money to own it the day it came out and still haven\'t bought a game for it. Only bought the thing for Halo 3 tho and Gears of War is right around the corner so we\'ll see.

And juslight, i\'d have to agree. If they could make it sort of like God of War but on a next gen console. I think it\'d make a great action game.

As for the actual movie it looks to be a pretty nice mindless action flick. I like the idea of Miller taking the Battle of Thermopylae and throwing out the historical accuracy and just having his own take on it. The movie will be violent, gory, and brutal and I like the visual look of it. Lets just say, when I pay my ticket for this thing I won\'t be sitting down and expecting a history lesson :)

Only thing that I took from my old PC was my ATI Radeon X850 card and my Sound Blaster Live sound card.

Everything else (or close to it), has been replaced. Hence the high repair bill. The motherboard was simply the final nail in the casket.

Thanks ;)

btw MJP, just got back from your area. Spent a little time in Texas, got back home on wednesday to be met by one of the biggest blizzards i\'ve seen in years.

Got hit with the same thing Buffalo did pretty much. Quite the uh...climate change to say the least.

In my area (because i\'ve counted, don\'t know why) we haven\'t gotten snow until Christmas morning, or a day after. Now we get hit with this thing on October 12th. I might be insane for saying it, but I hope we have a powerful snowy winter. Been a very long time since i\'ve had one.

ATI Radeon X850 was the most expensive part from your old system
