What a great weekend. I watched so much basketball over the last two days, and it feels awesome.
BARON DAVIS and the GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS are putting on the greatest show on hardwood right now. It\'s so weird to see this happening to the Warriors. I used to live in the east bay, and I went to many Warriors games back when they were the doormat of the league. Now they look like superpowered giant killers. Maybe they are JEDI giant killers because Nellie said "the force was with them." Meanwhile, the Mavericks are FOLDING UP, CRUMBLING, and CHOKING like they always do. Maybe they haven\'t been challenged enough in the regular season, or maybe it was a mistake for them to put so much emphasis on their record. In any case, It seems everyone overestimated them. Goodbye Dallas. You are doomed.
All we need now is for Denver to get their shit together and start playing basketball like they are capable of doing. I don\'t see it happening though. They looked REALLY BAD in game 3, and they can\'t get it done that way. They play so slow, it\'s painful and agonizing to watch. Do they think they can play a half court game better than the Spurs? If so, they need to put down the crack pipe. The only fragment of a chance they have is SPEED, SPEED, and MORE SPEED. We\'ll see if they wise up in game 4.
Today the Lakers tried to stick their fingers in the frosting, and the Phoenix Suns smacked em down like they were 9 years old. I attended the game, and it gave me great pleasure to be personally booed by a hoard of drunken idiots all wearing No.24 jerseys. I guess that team has officially become the Los Angeles Kobes. I get a big chuckle whenever I hear "Suns Suck!!!!11111" Yeah, I guess they must suck because they are beating your team 3-1. What does that say about the Lakers? No more bullshit from these lame ass Laker fans will be tolerated. Know your place in the year 2007, and stop living in the past. Your season has one game left, and it will be played in Phoenix on Wednesday night. So mote it be.
