I need steam.dll - anyone? PLEASE :D

I was having trouble installing Steam, so I swiped the HD and installed Windows again. But when I download Steam and try to install, I get an error message saying that Steam.dll is missing (duh, I just installed the whole thing).

So I kindly ask if anyone would mind sending me the Steam.dll file? You can send it to madmanden >> gmail >> com (you fill in the rest ). Thanks!
