I admit i\'d be paranoid in stores if i were a black person. Whenever I walk out of best buy and I hadn\'t bought anything, I always get a mini panick attack and think theyre going to think I jacked something and start chasing me. then ill run out of reaction and end up getting tackled...and im quite white...

hmmm...a three month gap....so why was initial reports sayin that the beating was in direct connection with the nooses? Meh even if this is just some minor spat between teenagers, i still feel it was wrong to intially charge them with attempted murder....from what i understand he went to the hospital, was treated and released...i\'ll reserve my judgement on the rest of this story until ALL of the facts come out,...cause if this beating wasn\'t related to the nooses at all,...then this is just a case of teenagers bein teenagers...and if that is the case then suspensions should be in order for the perps,...but certainly not attempted murder...

Again it seems it\'s a case of one word against another,..one side states he was provoked, while the other states he did nothing,...i\'ll just wait to see how this whole thing unfolds...thank you Boz for your investigative journalism...:thumb:

The media spins everything to make it a big story.  Never for a second did I believe all of this shit.  It makes me sad that people bought into it so much and made groups on facebook and such.  The guys should be thrown in jail for the beating.

i agree with everything you stated except that these guys shouldn\'t be thrown in jail...it was a schoolyard fight,...they all should get suspensions,.. nothing more...whenever i got into a fight in my school (well it was only once) but when i did i was suspended from school for a few days,...never was there the thought of locking up any kids that got into a fight....and i guess that\'s the part that everybody is protestin\' because they were locked up and recieved harsher treatment than the teens that hung the nooses. And if that is indeed the case then i have to agree at least in that aspect it is unfair...
