Subaru shits all over the Mustang. But the Mustang is a good looking piece of shit, though.

The Shelby GT is all about cosmetics and appearance, not function. It amazes me the US market still views such huge heavy vehicles as "performance" cars.

On Friday I saw a Mustang engaging in the only thing it excels at. A film crew closed a street in downtown LA to shoot a Mustang doing donuts in the middle of the road for about 30 seconds. I was surprised the city allowed a film crew to mess up the street with all that rubber.

It was probably for some Ford commercial, and it\'s interesting that this is the visual image they use to sell the car.

The Evo X is supposed to be heaver and not as fast as the IX. They took it "upmarket" by plugging in more luxury features and airbags. Pffttt... who needs that crap?

The Evo was almost a perfect Darwin machine before. Why mess with a good thing?

Non functional hood scoop???? Would it really hurt Ford to put some holes in the damn thing. Then again this comparison is apples to oranges. The two cars are totally different. If you are buying the Shelby it is obviously not meant for daily driving. American performance is all about the straight line times.

I agree the Subaru is ugly, but on the other hand when the sedan came out a few year back with its buggy headlamps I wasn\'t too pleased with it either and it grew on me.

On another note I got rid of the Cobra on Saturday and bought an 08 GTI with DSG. Great gas mileage and a blast to drive.

The STi will never grow on me. And I\'m a Subaru fan. I guess I had great expectations and I feel betrayed. I\'d rather be in a 07 Mustang GT350 than seen inside of the 08 STi.
