No Kucinich?

Bah, at least put in an other option.

I think Core made good picks for only having 10 choices.  Kucinich and Ron Paul are fringe candidates anyway.  Both are nuts.

that will never happen. There will always be a portion that votes for him because he\'s black, and only because he\'s black. that\'s because there is always a portion of the population doing that, mainly because they dont know anything about politics. So to say you\'re not going to vote for a black candidate just for that reason is just as closed-minded as voting for him because he is black. If he has good politics, than it shouldnt matter what other people are going to vote and why.

and guilliani runs the 9/11 train way too damn much. When Ron Paul had a very convincing arguement that we kept poking at the middle east till 9/11 happened, gulliani acted like the biggest douchebag i\'ve ever seen

Name one great idea Obama has that no one else does.  Just one.  Oh that is right he doesn\'t.  What makes him different?  Oh yeah he is the only black guy running!  Anyway, he likes to act like he isn\'t part of the establishment, but he is.  I would rather vote for a former mayor or governor before I would vote for a member of congress.

Wasn\'t addressing you Viper.  I basically posed the question to Obama supporters.

Obama because I like him the best out of the candidates. He could really open a new chapter in American history and not because he\'s black. He seems to offer something new. Plus he is very open, especially about his past. I admire that.

If I had to choose for republicans, I like Giulliani the best but I\'m more than likely voting democrat this election.

And those on the list that he presented aren\'t?

I\'m not denying that Kucinich isn\'t a little nuts, but I\'d rather support him than any of the other front running candidates.  At least he\'s not billing the city so he can go on sex romps.

Contradict yourself much?

Also he is just as much a player in Washington as any of the other candidates.  He is in the Senate - the most corrupt branch of the entire government.

There was some sarcasm there,....even when Sharpton was trying for the presidency i didn\'t support him,...nobody would take him seriously...Obama just seems more real than some of the other candidates....and guiliani? yea i agree with some in here that he rides that 911 event way too much....

And Obama doesn\'t play the race card?  Which is worse riding 9/11 or riding the race card?

both are stupid. even if i had to pick, the race card is less heartless. people didnt die with the race card, it\'s only really frusterating when it\'s used.

I don\'t remember hearing Obama playing a race card.  I\'m not saying he has never done it, but it\'s definitely not something he\'s known for.  Not the way Giuliani is known for riding the 9/11 wave.

Either one is useless....and i have never heard Obama play the race card,..i have heard the media play it a thousand times...."is america ready for the 1st black prez?"... "will blue collar and middle income white families vote for a black candidate?"..<---but i can answer that one.... white america would rather have a white woman be prez first before any african american.....how about we ignore the color of his skin and vote for what we like in him.....

It\'s also amazing at how i\'m all of sudden votin\' for him because he\'s black but in the past when sharpton and another afri. american woman were running i didn\'t support either,...i ended up supportin\' bush....why?...because at the time i felt he was just the best candidate out of a very weak roster of candidates...but i guess as long as there are all white candidates goin\' for the presidency white folk won\'t have a problem with black folk votin\' for them...but let a real legit afri. american come through with decent views and if some afri. americans vote for him, all of a sudden we\'re indirectly being racist....

It still amazes me that in this day and age we still judge candidates by the color of their skin. People need to grow up, seriously.

it\'s not really about growing up. We just got lucky with when we were born. it\'s kind of ironic cuz it\'s definitly the media that keeps putting this shit in people heads

But looking at it realistically, i think it\'s going to be a while till we look at a candidate (it will never happen in our daily lives) and not look at color or gender. we arent going to go from having all white old guys to diverse/unbiased (in the sense you base your decisions on gender/race) in one election

We would need both a solid female and solid non-white President, before it ever became a "non-issue" and even then, with the media spin and hype, it\'ll become an issue at one point.

And come on, Obama has not been playing the race card, at least not the to the 9/11 Gulliani extent. I can\'t even stomach that man now.

With that said...I won\'t vote period. I think they\'re all jackasses.
