Looks more compelling than any space marine shooter to me.

Still, the PC version looks a bit more lively imo - but it might be
the console version will look nice n warm on the screen after settings
adjustments.

i think they said the PC version will look better..but ull also need a high end pc to make it look better than the consoles.

I think this game and operation flashpoint will be a few tests to see if PC games still take a hit from the console version of games. OFP is a huge, open world game that seems like it\'s only possible on PC (controls, looking at the map, etc). but now theyre doing the new one on all of them. hopefully the pc version doesnt turn into a shell of what the original was.

from what I read, PS3 version should look a bit better than XBox version, and PC version, it depends from the PC you have :)

not really game-oriented. basically some of the developers went to africa to get a better grasp of the setting (a little overkill IMO, but it\'s no money out of my pocket). But the dude\'s sean connery impression at the end is awesome

i guess toysrus has a 20% off $75 orders, but i can\'t decide whether to go through with buying far cry 2 or not..could be awesome, could get boring after a few days.

Im probably going to get fallout 3, for sure, but to push it over the top i\'d have to get far cry without knowing how the full version turned out..was planning on seeing what people thought of it before actually buying it.

not sold on LBP or motorstorm 2 to buy right away..resistance 2 maybe, gears 2 maybe..

the code is 922600 for anyone interested

have till the 11th to decide so if someone could decide for me...

i ordered farcry 2 on the 8th, and it said "release date 10/21" which it is. then on the 22nd i went to see if i got an email about it shipping and saw nothing. so i let it go a couple days and went to their site and for some reason they changed the release date to the 27th even though everyone has it right now

so i went down to toysrus and they had the game. so i see if they would let me buy it for the discounted price and cancel my copy from shipping..no can do for some reason. probably because corporate is too lazy to make a way for them to transfer that information from store-online/vice versa

mainly sucks because im going to get fallout 3 and farcry 2 on the same day (give or take 1 or 2)

pretty damn fun game. gameplay wise it\'s a blast. and some people hate having to drive pretty far distances (the map is huge), but i just think theyre retard console people. these people would be up in arms about STALKER, and that didnt even have vehicles to help the travel. personally, i love driving around to the destinations.

my main 2 complaints
1) the dailogue is really bad
2) getting caught in fights driving around can be a pain in the ass. the videos made it look like "hop in the .50 cal and kill everyone" but that hasnt been working for me. ur a sitting duck on the machine gun and you cant always see the guys shooting at you

i think the 8-9 scores are fair
