Love the bass lines when the actions heats up.

Finally got my lasso.  Tied me up a dude who was trying to rape a whore.

for the moon?

I didnt pay attention to it before so I looked up at it every now and then to check it out

I didnt sit there to see if it moved like the sun, but the moon has the different phases (full, crescent, etc) and is a normal size. Maybe a little bigger than real, but not ginormous. Definitely fits well with the setting.

I\'m loving playing this game, my only gripes are the controls. they are different to GTA games, and take a bit of getting used to. I keep finding myself on the losing end in gun fights because I\'m pressing the wrong button to shoot. still haven\'t fully mastered the dead eye thing yet.

I finally realised that just riding off into the wilderness is not a good idea, because you can see the cliffs and water coming. I\'ve died a few times by running right off the end of cliffs, which is annoying.

can\'t uderstand why they didn\'t at least allow the character to swim, even if it\'s only just enough to drag yourself out of the water.

I\'m really diggin the single player, but the MP not so much. Not a huge fan of the controls for MP matches, seems a little clunky for my liking.

that\'s a shame, I kind of like the controls in SP.

haven\'t tried multiplayer yet.

played a couple of MP games last night.

the first time I went on, I did a few hideout missions, then a gang full of other players started killing me so I switched servers.

when I entered the next server I was just riding around to explore a bit and accidentally stumbled upon another gang of players. they noticed me as well, I could hear them talking about me.

they told me to get off my horse if I wanted to join them, so I did to see what happened.

I got an invite to join their group and spent about an hour playing with them doing various hideout missions.

it\'s a way better game if you are in a group. you are easy pickings if you are alone, I found that out last night.

I think the controls are tricky when aim assist is not activated, and I spent most of the time shooting into space. having said that. there weren\'t many games that had aim assist turned off, so I think a lot of people are struggling in that aspect.

my verdict that online redeems rockstar after the failgasm they had with GTA4 online. better in every way.

just riding across the terrain with other players on the same team makes you really feel like a part of a unit, you really can coordinate attacks.

we should get a gang from the RDR players here going some time.

Absolutely.  My son does that and it looks like fun.  I\'ve really just been doing single player so far.  Only did multi for a bit the first day.

the good thing about the game is that in free roam, you can go anywhere and join in with whatever is going on.

I was doing a hideout clearance by myself, and once I had finished, I checked the map and I noticed about 6 or 7 players running around armadillo, so I got on my horse and rode across the map into a free for all shootout.

I would love to get my hands on a sniper rifle, so I could pick people off in the town from way out in the middle of nowhere on the edge of a cliff overlooking all the action.

I grabbed a sniper last night in one of our hideout battles.  It was pretty cool.  I was way up in the hills picking people off.
