I think it\'s fair to say that if nothing was done, as far as the stimulus goes,..things would have been alot worse. It\'s easy in hindsight to look back now and say that he spent alot of money or tax payer money was wasted, but back then when all major banks was on the brink of collapse and the aftermath was risking taking down most american families, most economic experts agreed that something needed to be done.

Because you didn\'t feel it\'s effect doesn\'t mean it didn\'t do it\'s job...i know that there were alot of construction jobs at least down here in georgia that were contributed to a part of the stimulus and i\'m sure the folks involved were grateful that they were at least were able to get a long term project.
