Bad Company 2

Anybody else get this yet?  Game is amazing... I was blown away playing it last night.  Nearly fully destructible environments, it\'s quite a site to behold!

Just wondering if anyone in here got it for PC or consoles and what your thoughts are?  If anyone has it for PC, send me a friend request, name is Stewbanowski.

I got it for 360 because the demo ran really badly on my PC

Definitely liking it a lot, which means a lot since I love BF2 so much. The destructibility just makes the game different. It\'s not safe to hide behind an impenetrable wall when a tank is coming anymore. or seeing a group of people run out of a building before it collapses is bad ass

There are some annoyances with the game though. Getting rolled over on defense is frustrating as hell. and when you\'re on offense and you have wayyy too many teamates sniping..then you\'re like a 1-2 man army trying to set the bombs, only to get picked off by the bunch of defensive snipers.

I\'m pretty sure i\'ll be using this game for the Rush mode, but conquest mode for BF2

My major annoyance so far is not being able to aim your weapon when you are running.  Every other FPS i\'ve ever played allows you to strafe, run sideways, backwards while running.  And while this is not "realistic" this is a video game, not real life.  It just makes running "forrest gump" style feel clunky.

I only have about 3 hours of time with the game so far, but it already has wowed me more than MW2 ever did my first few weeks of playing.  If I could stand playing FPS games with a controller I would have got it for the 360, but I can\'t give up the KB/M.

just bored. but this trailer alone almost sold me on the game (my brother getting it was the main reason)

the queens of the stone age song is perfect for the game

kind of wish the game itself gave off the same vibe. It more goes for a darker vibe like the first song on that trailer, at least so far. Still good, but the QOTSA song is more fun

I may have to get this for PC, if only to show my support for game devs supporting online communities and actually listening to their fans.  Meaning anti-activision.

One thing gampeplay wise that I love is that you can reload your gun while running... about damn time.

I did play in my first "rush" game last night and OMG that is so close to feeling like an actual war.. it\'s so intense.  Placing the charge to win the game was pretty sweet too :)

I\'m with you thx, modern warfail 2 turned me off of Activision games for at least a good while, which they could probably care less about us PC gamers anyway.  I still hate the fact that I bought it... and since it\'s locked into my steam account I can\'t sell it.  I hope the founders of Infinity Ward win their lawsuit and can take the modern warfare franchise back.  Activision is hell bent on destroying it from the looks of it.

It\'s refreshing to play on a dedicated server and have admins there to boot the cheaters/asshats.

i dont play FPS but my co-worker is a FPS veteran and bought it yesterday. He\'s complaining about the running/straffing things but also the lack of Lean /right or left and the ability to prone. He says online graphic are tone down too much.
can\'t see why not!
