Dead Space 3

Must say. I picked it up yesterday and played it pretty much all day. I wasn\'t sure how good it was going to be because it was hyped up so much. Though it definitely lived up to the hype. Took a little getting used to the newer controls and the new weapons bench but once you get used to it, it is pretty cool. Building weapons to suit your playing style definitely adds to the game. In the first two, I used the fusion cutter most of the time.

When you could add a secondary weapon, it definitely made my close quarters combat easier. I added a submachine gun underneath with stasis bullets for crowd control and it makes me unstoppable.

The gameplay is pretty fluid and they definitely one upped the gameplay value. It still feels like a Dead Space game while the added changes don\'t interfere to what the game always has been. It still creeps me out and scares the shit out of me at times. The music is just as creepy and the death scenes are still just as gory.

All in all, Visceral did a hell of a job on this game and if you have the chance, I\'d definitely pick it up. Even if you haven\'t played the first two, they do a very good job summarizing it in the opening scenes so new players can just jump right in.

I\'ll probably pick this up eventually...i was a bit worried by some reviews that stated the game is more action than part 2. I want to see how the story plays out tho and i liked the first two games anyway..especially the first one.

If you\'re saying there are still creepy moments in the game, i\'ll take your word for it...:fro:...there\'s so many great games i still need to get.

Spec ops the line
Sleeping dogs
That latest boxing game from EA
Tomb Raider
God of War Acension
Remember Me
Dead Space 3
The new metal gear game (starring raiden)
Last of Us
knowledge, wisdom & understanding..these are the basic fundamentals of life

if you can\'t amaze them with brilliance, baffle them with bullsh*t....

clips. I downloaded Spec Ops on Steam. Its definitely worth the time. It is gritty as hell and a lot of fun to play. Last of Us is on my number 1 for this year. Getting Colonial Marines on Tuesday. I may disappear from a social life for a while :p
