Coz of the bad driving habits of Russians.

Youtube is filled with spectacular accidents, near collisions just from daily Russian traffic. Then there\'s the vodka problem they all seem to have.

I have some friends that are currently living in Moscow. They say the traffic is fucking insane. Oh, and there is a new zero tolerance rule for drinking and driving. If you blow over 0.0, say "до свидания" to your license or $3000 - $10,000 in bribe money.

They\'ve had a big problem with vehicular manslaughter, where drivers take out peds and just drive off.
