Evolution=Survival of the fittest, no?
Why in the world would humans "Evolve" from monkeys and loose their tails? Back in the days when we were just findind fire and all that, wouldn\'t a prehensil tail come in handy for escape? Hell, I could use one right now. It would sure make painting my house alot easier.
Evolving sharper teeth or a longer beak makes sense, that\'s determined by enviormental factors, i.e, all the birds with short beaks can\'t get to the food, they die off and only the birds with the "long beak DNA sequence" are left.
But for "Species-Jumping" to occur is ludicrious. Why/how would a goat become a cow?
Evoloution teaches that all came from some "primordial soup", so all came from single cell creatures. The odds against that are so astronomical I can\'t contemplate.
Genetic mutation is the only explanation and as scientists have found, genetic mutation is more than likely a teminal reality. In other words, a creature is more likely to be born "defected" and die quick. How could genetic mutation produce all these perfectly operational organisims.
Scientists do mega-experiments using Fruit Flies, and the flies reproduce at an alarming rate while they live for an average of four days.
Tell me. Since their life span is so short you could extrapolate that their evoloutionary scale is accelerated, so why then, being as they as a species are exposed to all sorts of "enviornmental" and "genetic" stimuli, are they STILL just Fruit Flies?
No. I belive that all creatures were put here "as-is" with the exception of minor "adaptation" that I brought up earlier.
My two cents:)
