I was wondering where I could ask questions regarding this forum?

Hi,

I didn't see any specific sections where folks who are new could ask questions. So could I ask them here? I do have a couple of questions.

Forgive me if I'm posting in the wrong place I'm new 

1) How long do you have to use a Captcha for? Is this something you'll always have to fill in each time you post or is it something that when you reach 'X' amount of posts or 'X' amount of registration time that you'll be able to post without filling it in.

2) I can't remember if I saw a list of forum rules or not when I joined? I think I did but now I can find them, can someone point me in the direction of them?

3) In some forums I can only see a limited number of topics e.g. the introduction forum says it has three topics but I can only see my topic. Is there a way to change that?

Hey. Welcome back Derri. I'll answer all the questions I can for you. Any others, you are welcome to PM me or Kurt Angle

1) It should only be for the first few posts. When I converted from vBulletin to SMF, we got attacked by a lot of spam bots so I set it to cut down on those.

2) I'll have to dig up the forum rules for you. They do need tweaking but the general rules still apply. A lot of the members here have been around for a long time so its mostly evolved to unwritten rules so to speak. Best thing I can say until I find them is they are the general rules for every forum and community and use common sense when posting (no porn, illegal stuff, etc). I see you at PS4Forum. The same rules there apply here for the most part.

3) For some reason, no. It keeps a running tally of posts there from the start regardless if they're active or been deleted. The introduction forum has 3 topics because I deleted 2 from spambots.
