How do i get rid of that damn parental passlock!?

Whenever i put in a movie with blood and stuff it comes up with , "Do you temporaraly want to set your parental control to Level 8", and i have to each time.
It\'s annoying.
Oh yeah, another thread mentioned something about gladiator not playing, and when that part came on with that chick handing the other guy a cup....it freezed for a second then kept playing. Luckily I had read that thread and set it to diagnostic mode.

any help would be ...err...helpful.(not to articulate, am I?)
