Happy Birthday to Me, Paul2!

today so far was a good day, practiced martial arts at the park today and just got home about 40 minutes ago so might as well wish myself a happy birthday.

added:  just to went to eat at a restaurant by myself since today is my birthday,  i took the bus to the restaurant since today is also earth's day and the bus ride is free to anybody that take the bus ride on earth's day.  on my way back home from a 2nd bus's ride, since it seemed like there is an accident on the block where i live that the bus driver took a turn to a different street and when he got to this unfamiliar place.  he opened the passenger's door.  i thought i went past where i live and if i don't get off, i might went over even more so.

once i got out of the bus, i got confused where to go so i went on the east side now that i think about it, and i get to another intersection, i realized i gone farther away from where i live.  so i called my mom and she showed me directions to get home.  so i backtrack to where i got off the bus and keep going to another spot and made a left turn at the next intersection to get home.  it took me like 50 minutes of walking to get home.  because i went the wrong way when i got off the bus, and i have to backtracked it which took me like nearly 30 minutes to arrive back to the spot where i got off the bus, and then i have to walk another 2 blocks to get home which probably total nearly an hour when i got home.

That does prove the compass on the left side of my head is broken.  i get lost easily.  i got a suspicion that the bus driver purposely opened the door at this unfamiliar street area to trick me into getting out so i might get lost.  and i did get lost.  otherwise, if he drove to the next block.  i get out and only need one block to walk to get home instead of 4 blocks ( 1 including the back tracking).  i was a little angry at the bus driver but about an hour later, i get less angry at him.  i count my blessings.  my birthday started out good but turned out somewhat bad later in the day.

Happy birthday dude! Sorry to hear about the bus. It can definitely be disorienting when your routine gets shaken up and end up somewhere unfamiliar. But it sounds like it all worked out in the end. What did you get to eat at the restaurant?

the reason why i think he tricked me to get out of the bus is when he got to this unfamiliar place, i think nobody ring the bell to get out of the bus but he still opened the door, and i thought the bus went over further past where i live so i walked out and only me walked out of the bus but nobody else does though.  i could be wrong about him tricking me to get off the bus a little too early but i am somewhat suspicious about it though.  i count my blessings though.

i ate noddle with 2 big shrimps, bird's egg, some meat, and chicken on the noddle soup.  i don't know what its called in english though.  it taste great but i suspect the cook might added nearly like twice as much monosodium glutamate and or salt that the soup tasted a bit too salty there.  as if they were trying to give me high blood pressure or something.

added:  i would add that later in the morning today, i went to the park and practice martial arts again even though its sunday since there are 3 previous weekdays that i didn't practice so i make it up on the weekends.  today, i improved even more.  4 out of 5 moves, i either jumped higher and or further than before.  i was very happy.   There is one move where i performed worst than 3 days ago if i remember correctly.  my guess would be because i walked so much yesterday from going to the park and returning home then going back home from the spot that the bus driver let me off that my legs are sore today. not to mentioned i have to walked like 20 minutes to get to the park today again that i performed 1 of the 5 moves worst than 3 days ago.  probably from the soreness and tiredness of my legs from walking too much and practicing martial arts too.

probably yesterday, i realized that i count the amounts of block to get home from going the wrong way after i got off the bus on my birthday.  its actually 3 blocks total, not 4 blocks.  1 block from going the wrong way, 1 block from backtracking, and one block to get home, not 2 but 1 block to get home.  no wonder it felt shorter than 1 hour to walked home.  probably about 45 minutes total instead of 1 hour.

that just shows you how bad i am at directions.

i gotta say thanks to my mom for showing me directions to get home when i called her after i went 1 block the wrong way.

just a few hours ago as my middle brother took me home from McDonald after we went to the gym, on the way back home, i paid attention to this familiar intersection that i walked by when i got lost 18 days ago made me realize just a few hours ago that it is 4 blocks total to get home, not 3.  i am very sure of it this time around.  so, its 1 block the wrong way, 1 block to back track, and another 2 blocks to get home.

i think i got mixed up with 1 block less when i got out of the bus at this intersection, but its actually 2 more blocks to go because i got out of the bus 1 block too soon.  because i got out of the bus 1 block too soon, i have to walk 1 more block to get to the spot that i was supposed to get off (if i go the right way), and another block to get home.  i am very sure of it this time around.   man, me being stupid and the broken compass on the upper left side on the back of my head made me get lost very easily on non familiar places.  by that i mean, i survive the darwin theory.
