LAPD on the case

Being a former Law Enforcement Explorer, I still have some friends that are still in it. Anyway, I ran into 2 of them today, and I was talking to them (no doubt) about the PS2, and they said that the LAPD has former a special task forcer just to nab people falsley advertising PS2\'s, and PS2 crimes...How far is the PS2 epidemic going to go?
