I played NFL gameday and i thought that it was good but i dont know how good madden is. i want a football game bad but i want to know which is the best?

If you even attempted to think Gamesh*t, I mean Gameday was good then you will basically be amazed with Madden, everything in Madden surpasses Gameday, and for that matter any other football game, even NFL2k, (thank god I am on a ps2 board anywhere else I would get flamed for that remark)

GET MADDEN, and while your at it pick up SSX, it kicks too :-)

Madden 2001, because everything is good with this game (Excellent graphics as a good addition)

Gameday, look like a quickly done ps1 game.

Madden2001 is a lot better than Gameday2001,I would even say that Gameday is a piece of ****,so would a loy of other members too!

Madden, there is no comp. out on the market. It blows away every single Football game made to date.

I made a post pertaining to the fact if there were any possible way that anybody on this Earth would think Gameday surpasses Madden2k1, should in fact be checked into a hospital for they are indeed dysfunctional.

Gamday 2001 is garbage to put to bluntly.It was clearly rushed,the game is filled with glichtes,its has terrible graphics(hell its basically have beefed up PSX graphics)and the gameplay isn\'t any better.Madden and NFL2k1 both are WWWWWAAAAAAYYYYYYY better than Gameday.Sony should have just scraped the garbage and reworked it for the 2002 version alias they released it anyways for shame Sony for shame.

Hell, I dont even wanna see a 2002 version of Gameday. The thought makes my stomach wrench. Ugh! I shouldnt worry, we\'ll have Madden 2002 to play which will totally overshadow Game**** in every way possible. Props to EA!

GameDay 2001 is disgusting. Infact, it is the biggest strike against the PS2. Sony should of just kept the game in development, like EA did with Madden for the PS\'s first year.

Unless 989 pulls a rabbit out of their hat, the GameDay franchise is dead now. They pretty much killed it. Like they did a certain other series (points to TM3 and TM4\'s dead corpses).
