Okay I am TRYING to make a map and I put in a big block thing that hAS to floors. but it won\'t let me connect anyhting to it. Everytyime i try to preview it, it either starts me in that room, or on the other side of the wall, how come i can\'t cnnect the 2 rooms with a doorway or sumthin.

Not sure what your doing wrong. red doors connect to red doors, I believe blue sides need to connect to blue sides

its cool stuff though

I think the Timesplitters map maker is okay. If you make a few maps and get used to the map-maker you can make some cool stuff! The problem with the mapmaker is the lack of freedom in it. I love making maps in Rogue Spear for the pc! You can only edit the maps, but you can create bazzar situations with the items you are able to place.

Solid Snake, if they game you anymore freedom it would have become too complicated for many people to understand, personally, i like being able to make your own map in 5 mins

I know it would be really complicated but I like creating very detailed maps in games. I just wish you could create a really cool sniping map in TS. I have yet to make one that I am totally satisfied with. I am just used to pc map generators were you can get really detailed final products.

I wouldn\'t mind if Timesplitters did not have a map maker. I just love the challange mode, it\'s so fun!

Sorry but its hard to expalin. I\'ll try.. you know when you add one of those big blocks that has premade things already? I can\'t add one of those to a hallway or anyhting else.

you must be using the wrong connection piece, you might have it at the wrong hight, wrong way around, could be all sorts of things, but you have to make sure your trying to connect it to the right spot

Hey snake, I think your problem may be that your forgetting a kind of bridge piece. When you make a room that has a long blue line on one end of the piece you need to use a small (3 block) piece that is all blue on one side and has a one block red line on the other. this allows you to connect the rooms to corridors and such. Hope I helped.

I love the TS map-maker!

Haven\'t really tested it out yet, but it seems really cool. You can make complex enough levels for Deathmatch. Yes.

Oh I love that game...

I JUST LO-- no, I can\'t love a lifeless thing, can I?

Now I\'m breaking my limits.
