Whens FF9 released in Australia ?

Does anyone have an official release date for FF9 in Australia ?
I\'ve been waiting for this game for quite a while now . For those who have already played this game ,are there many side quests and extras in the game?
Thats one of the main reasons i preferred 7 over 8 .

How much better does it look when its played on the PS2 ?
FF8 look noticabley smoother on the PS2 but that comes with a few little graphical glitches here and there .
Has anyone else noticed that the instant you characted fades and your GF is summoned .For a split second the smoothing effect reverts to normal mode ? Wierd!!!

I don\'t know the release date in Australia, but it would be similar or the same as the European\'s release date( February-2001) cos Australia uses the same PAL TV system.

About the glitches with FF8 in the PS2, they\'re probably gonna be fixed in the next PSX\'s Driver update( Sony... HI-RES PLEASE ).

yeah, new zealand is gonna have in February 2001, so it should be out to australia the same time or a few days earlier

i bought back up copy one hahahaha.....don\'t get me wrong i just can\'t wait for aussies release date which is very s-u-c-k-s...
Don\'t worry im square loyalist and big fans of FF series...i also collect the games since FF7...i will definetily buy the aus version when it come out somewhere in the future...i will predict probably the end of FEB or beginning of MAR
