I\'m new to fps\'s so I can\'t really say about half-life, but I know I am very excited about playing one with an involving storyline. Unreal and Timesplitters were fun, but neither had a true goal or story. That is something that is sorely missing from the ps2\'s library - A good adventure game with an involving story. (excluding rpg\'s - summoner was just bad and that x-squad garbage)

I have never been a FPS player. I like adventure/RPGs. But i loved Golden eye. I am still not a FPS person. But ill always try one

timesplitters has the best controls ever, for a fps on a console, name any game that has better controls then this one.

Yeah, this game should crack open the FPS genre.  I believe Half-Life showed the way with interactive story lines and a killer graphics engine.  Now though, companies are pushing for even BETTER games.  Good screens.  Thanx Jeep.

I must say that I have played almost every FPS there is and the only one that I thought had a good story line was Half-Life because it took you into a reealm of eveil which is needed more then a realm os terrorists, so if this game is an FPS with a little silent hill in it then you can be guaranteed that it\'s gonna rock (as long as the gameplay is good of course).
