SSX...............its just sooooooo good

Well finally i have unlocked untracked in SSX and i have just realised how good and addictive this game is:D I have finished it with JP but still want to come back for more. I have to unlock all the boards and outfits and complete all the black diamond tricks. WoW this is a goooooood game

SSX isn\'t that great. Its not even realistic. I would rather go with Winter X Games Snowboarding. That game looks sweet.

It\'s not supposed to be \'realistic\'. It\'s supposed to be a fun arcade \'snowboard-racer\' - and that\'s exactly what it is - fun.

SSX is the best ps2 game I have played!

I also unlocked Untracked early this morning, after getting the gold in Pipedream - I\'m not that great at working the rails, so for me the key is that last hill at the finish line. On that hill you can ride up do a trick, land, and then just as the points are registered press SELECT and you start near the bottom of the hill again. The key is to have around 70,000 - 80,000 points before you reach the hill, then you\'ll have about 2 minutes to keep working that hill to get the remaining 70,000 - 80,000 points - if you can get about 7,000 - 8,000 points a trick on that hill then you\'ll be fine.

Excactly the reason why I love SSX is because it\'s not realistic. You can do triple-backflip; see that in reality and you\'ve seen everything. SSX is about neck-breaking speeds and lethal stunts without any limits nor sense. And those shortcuts make the day... I just can\'t get enough of those levels!

I liked Tony Hawk\'s just because it was rather "over-acted" ( than un-real ); see the combos you do in that game in real life and you can call the rider good.

Is Untracked so cool as it seems to be? Is it long? Is it LIMITLESS?

I opened untracked with the cheat just to see it, but I didn\'t get all the hype about it.  I didn\'t look for any cool stuff though.  I heard there was a cave somewhere.  I\'m waiting till I get there for real to play it again.

Have any of you played that other snowboarding game? Extreme Games one? That looks pretty sweet. Maybe I just didn\'t get into the game too much, but I still dont like it very much. I guess it really pays off if you are good at it. Its not my type.

Oh yeah, I did play that Untracked level since the friend that had the game unlocked everything. Its pretty sweet from what I can remember, a lot of drop offs and such. A crap load of trees and yes, there\'s a cave there too.
