NYKO wireless DVD remote...Any bad word on it? Any word at all?
« on: January 01, 2001, 01:29:02 PM »
Got it for Christmas, and I know a few of these have been doing bad things lately.

Just wanted to know if this particular one was giving anyone any troubles before I tried it!

Thanks guys!  :bounce:

the ONLY ones that had problems was the InterAct ones as i recall..SONY didnt notify InterAct about the new coding for the DVD functions so InterAct used the same codes as the Japanese PS2..so for the Japs the Play button is [X] and the Stop is
  • , so on the US PS2 it was the same button configuration but on the remote it self it stated [X] as for Stop and Play was
  • ..if you know about Japanese games then you know what im talking about

as of now the InterAct ones should be the way it should be cuz they did a recall on the remotes..as for the nYKo one there should be any problems..

as of now the nYKo brand has no flaws unless its your opinion on the remote as in you didnt like the style, the way it fits in your hands or how the buttons was layed out
