if you go to the setup section when playing a movie,
it gives you an option to change the region of the PS2.
does this mean you can play any region DVD on it as long as you change it.

no..that region lets you see what type of movie you can see PG, R, Adult, G, etc..

now im confused.
what would you living in Japan(with that as your region) have to do with PG,G,R...country regions have nothing to do with what rating movies you can watch.

never mind what i said up above..by changing the region it does NOT do anything..if you are still confused then read the manual..isnt that what a manual is for ? to help you ?
