When does online playing come?

Even worldwide the DC should still have sold more.  Look at this press release from Sega from back in September,

Dreamcast sold a total of 5.98 million machines worldwide.  The geography breakout is 1.95 million in Japan, 2.70 million sold-in in the U.S., 930,000 in Europe, and 290,000 in Asia by September 30, 2000.

As you can see all the way back in September the DC had sold nearly 6million units.  I don\'t believe the PS2 has sold 6million units yet.

Believe me mm I personally have nothing against you and you\'re probably a nice guy in real life but is all this really neccessary- especially for a moderator?  Do people really have a strong desire to be considered "cool" on a bbs, or on the internet for that matter?  This board is definitely not one of my favorites due to this type of behavior.  But it is a videogaming board with many young people being its members and it looks like they applaud this argument.

i would suggest that those numbers "from" sega are fluffed, if ya know what i mean.  at least i contributed one to the amount

I do not think Sony has released any official sales numbers yet, but I believe there have been around 4million PS2 units sold in Japan and around 1million in the US.  Also, why do you think Sega would have lied about those numbers?  They said those were much lower than what they projected.
