its OFFICIAL..GS2 DOES NOT play IMPORTS on PS2..you know how i know ? one of the mods or person from Gameshark.com answered a question if the GS2 will play imports

Well, there went the only decent reason to own the device. Because cheating is bad. The only valid reason to own one, was to play imports.

No imports with Gameshark2 = no Gameshark 2 for Lavan = Lavan will have to buy a Jap PS2 to play Winning Eleven 5 because Lavan is sure it will never see the light of day in North America = Lavan will be broke = Lavan is pissed off.

i dont think the GameShark 2 will support PAL PS2\'s unless you see a GS2 in the UK

just dont get your hopes down yet..hopefully someone WILL make something to play imports..other then modchips..we will just have to wait it out and see

Actually, it came from nowhere.  I\'m just upset that the programmers decided to leave out the "controversial" line of code that would allow us "US" gamers to play Jap. games.  It annoys me that I\'m gonna have to "mod" my PS2.  Ugh, will they EVER LEARN!?!?!?!?
