Now have always at least a knife with you if situations like these happens. Or then use only your fists of fury. Don\'t kick. Just hit him/her ( I hope you never fight with women \'tho :) ) in the head, try to Knock him/her out. Don\'t kick because it can really hurt the stomach and consequences could be lethal. Also don\'t hit straight to nose, but little to the side ( under the eye ) because nose could easily break into pieces and then when the victim/attacker snoozes air the bone-pieces move into brain or choke the guy.

But if you want to whack guys up, then start boxing. Nothing very serious never happens ( \'tho I have heard few heavy-weight boxers die on the cage but you won\'t start as a heavy-weighter and chances that you\'ll ever be one are little :) ) and you can truly ease your aggression...
