to there are ways to give the illusion of AA,without having to take cuts in performance,and some developers are are taking advantage of themhowever ,until SOny comes up with a specific and easy ways to implement true AA that dosent take major hits on performance,you probably wont be seeing a huge number of games take advantage of it.

ah yes, MGS2 is for the moment a PS2 game due to the fact that it used the custom chipset for the AI of the Gaurds, as well as  delivering all the graphics and sound etc etc, Konami has not confirmed any thin about a MGS2 game for the X box, But they are in some articles making MGS X which will be a remake of MGS.

iam talking console not pcs. ps2,xbox.

But hell xbox will have a new graphics card. Unlike pc games which are programed to run on low systems. the power is there but not used on a pc.

What? Wasn\'t the limit for the NGC only 12 million polygons per second?

I believe the X-Box and the PS2 can do 20 mpps or even higher.

...or am I wrong?

I bet you can\'t, because games that are coming out now are reqiuring more and more, because systems keep getting better and better, and by the time the XB comes out there will be PIIII\'s that are running at 3.4 gigahertz, and 516 MB RAM with 128 meg video cards, so then what will be better????

 LOL I thought I used to post alot of stuff that made an argument! :D
 God, jaggies if you read it clearly stated "We will only make a MGS2 game for the "PS2"!
 Everything was just a stupid rumer!


 Why does everyone make such a fuss about this though?So what, he still thinks theres gonna be a mgs2 or just a mgs game for X-box.Thats his problem just let him find out when it never comes out. :D

AMD athlon 1.4 gigahertz
512mb RAM
VooDoo 5 64 meg video card
sound blaster live platinum
19 Mitzubishi moniter
Cambridge sound works 6 speeker set (they ****ing rock)
and my trusty cable modem of course

you should save up like me and get it, I actually got alot more then I have said

ASUS mother board that supports up too 2000mb RAM
and 2 processor chips and both types of video cards

my moniter is also a touch screen :)

and some other ****

and my tower is ****ing huge (barely fits in it\'s slot on my desk

i am going to up grade to a nice big AMD athlon with loads of ram, i am also eyeing up a rather nice and cheap Ge force 2 in my local PC shop.

may new life long dream since is to have a kick ass PC and a PS2 :D.

(Miss Moneypenny) but ooseven you have already done your life long dream, and that was to run naked across the Scottish football cup final, and you did it last year remember ?

the Gforce\'s are very nice cards (although I like voodoo better :)) and lots of RAM is good too...
