Square and Sega together???
« on: February 09, 2001, 02:24:51 AM »
Softbank\'s Dreamcast Magazine recently featured an interview with Tetsu Kayama, Sega\'s strategic counsel. In the discussion, Kayama-san imparted information concerning the future of the Dreamcast and the Sega corporation at large. One comment in particular, howevever, managed to catch the attention of many industry analysts.

"I\'m going to mention this to the readers that we are currently working on a big project for the arcades," Kayama declared. "It\'s still in the early planning stages, but one of our AM divisions and Square are working on something you can only play on the arcades." While speculation continues to surge, both companies have been hesitant to reveal specifics of any kind.

It\'s likely that Sega will reveal further information regarding the project in question at the company\'s upcoming AOU show in Japan, in which Sega plans to exhibit numerous arcade project!

Girl: What power… beyond my expectations?
AND IT\'S PERSONAL
Demon: No… the legendary Sparda!?
Dante: You\'re right, but I\'m his son Dante!

Sega is just rolling on without a hitch yet.  And Square is actually hooking up with someone else besides EA.  I wonder if EA is pissed or scared?  I\'m thinking both;)

No, it wasn\'t. Einhänder was an spectacular 3D shooter. You confused it with Ehrgeiz, a Namco-Square\'s fighting game.

Anyway, i\'m allways glad to hear that 2 great developers like Sega and Square are making a new game.
Whatever
