okay...now that I\'ve got your attention..
My impression of Omnimusha previously was it\'s just another RE Clone. But after watching a video games introduction programme on satelite TV, i\'m very impressed by Omnimusha.
The spell effects are spectacular and the gameplay seems to have a lot more hard hitting action than RE series. The best thing though, is really the animation. Words cannot do justice to the realism of the movement of the characters. It\'s like seeing Soul Calibur on the DC for the first time, except this time, there\'s a horde of monster on screen as well, each with the same quality of animation as the main character.
And for those following the Japanese/HK pop scene, you\'ll find the main character really looks like Takeshi Kaneshiro(a popular Japanese-Taiwanese singer/actor). It\'s so uncanny that I think in a few years time, the technology to imitate people with graphics and frame them for crime is not that far away...
Anyway, even if the backgrounds are pre-rendered, I think this title together with GT3 and MGS2 really define the first wave of real next-gen titles.
Prepare to be blown away.
