Midnight Club: every time you bump a wall the front of your car suddenly becomes magnetically attached to it and tries to swing your car 180 degrees.
Oni: you can only carry one gun regardless of size (and regardless of the fact that on the cover she\'s carrying three...)
Any flying/driving game where you can see clear to the horizon yet has an invisible \'wall\' that stops you from going beyond the bounds of the game.
Dynasty Warriors 2: there is no way to knock your own allies off their horses, yet they\'re stupid enough to come in and shove you out of the way while you\'re in the middle of a combo attack on the leader.
Tenchu: the ninjas are smart enough to sneak through and kill everyone in the camp without ever being discovered, yet insist on fighting every boss hand-to-hand.
Twisted Metal III: you can roll your car while driving across straight, flat ground...
Dino Crisis 2: features cut-scenes where the idiot characters watch in amazement as the dinosaurs get closer, closer, closer, then it finally ends and you have to shoot them from three feet away.
RPG\'s: status-effect items/spells never affect creatures unless they\'re so weak you could kill them in one round anyway.
I\'ll think of some more later...
