He means Wesker(name).A bad guy starring in Resi 1.He also appears A LOT in RESI Code Name Veronica for the PS2 and DC.

It\'s a DVD. It\'ll play on PS2, and any Region 2 DVD player. I have an Apex DVD player, so I can turn off region coding. I WILL GET THIS AND POST IMPRESSIONS

I believe both, Biohazard. While DC can\'t play it, lots of DC owners have real DVD players anyways, so it makes sense.

But this is Japan we are talking about here. DVD players in Japan are not as cheap as DVD players here in the states (unless you factor in the PS2...which...whats the point in adding it to the DC version anyways?). So, it was only availble for the PS2 version (which is not evey buyer of RE:CVX got since, it was only for those who pre-ordered  bought the packages, which was like only 1,000).

As for the US version of RE:CVX, unless they decide to package Wesker\'s report seperately, it will not availble for either version.
