So that way you people aren\'t duped, the 27th actually means the 28th. Let me explain;
Every store has a warehouse that all their inventory is shipped to. Once it is shipped there, the supply is divided up and shipped out to their chain stores the next day and they arrive within the early hours of the morning before noon. Now, on ebgames.com (yes, ebworld\'s new http address) it says it is shipping the 27th. That means, it\'ll be in their warehouses the 27th and shipping the next day to stores so it\'ll be on store shelves the 28th. Many people get it online because they can ship the games out that day to them because there\'s no real third party source, but in the case of in-store reserves, you\'ll have it the 28th.
However, if I wasn\'t such a lazy bastard, I\'d get my games at the Sony Metreon in SF since they don\'t have a warehouse other then the one within the actual Sony mall there, but as I said, I\'m lazy and go after my games the old fashioned pre-order way. Maybe I\'ll change that though with ZOE since I want that MGS2 demo so bad.
