when did you come to this forum

I came here for the first time in november 99, Ddaryl, samwise and many others were not yet registered. Soulgrind was still called Nathan (and he had is old pic of a grinding skater). Rammestein and segakid spread doom and terror across the boards. I was a really cool time since ps2 wasn\'t launched yet and none of this jaggie/hardware problems thing existed.

I kept reading the forums till I finnally signed up a week before the ps2 launch, Since then my life hasn\'t been the same ever again :)

so tell your story!

I can\'t remember when I first started reading on this forum, but I decided to reg in July. I was a lurker (as nO-One calls it) for some time before regging. :)

the first day i came here, i signed up, i had so many questions, and i got so many answers, it was cool, i like it a grip, and im still here, it wasnt that long ago but still, its felt like a while

I first came to the site in April of 2000. I checked out the fourms on occasion until July, when I registered as Bearsfaan. I don\'t think I ever even made a post because I lost my password. Then in August I registered again. When I got my new job in late October I wasn\'t really here too much, I was working 70-75 hours a week. Actually I was still here a fair amount, just not posting or moving/closing threads. Once the new year hit, and things calmed down I returned to posting more.

i came here in Nov. trying to get some info on how to get a PS2. well, i got a PS2 thanks to this forum. and i got used to you people and havent left. really i had no plans to stay here after i got my PS2 but you all got me hooked.

a little over a year I should say...back then we have many funny members, most of the no longer come here though.  I really miss certain people in this forum......hope they can drop by once ina while to chill.

I was lurknig for months.Soulgrind was still Nathan with his skater pic etc.I had been looking for a good PS.2 site.So I wrote ps2center and psx2center etc till I finally wrote psx2central.com and this gem of a site came up on my browser.
I really enjoyed reading this forum and did so every day until late summer when I tried the chat Sammy,Hawke Small Lady and Fastson were there and I really enjoyed chatting with them.Then the site changed from UBB to VBB and you coulnd\'t enter the chat as a guest.So I decided I would register and become a contributin member :D (this story might make a nice movie)

I started reading the posts in the summer time.  I guess that would be May or June.  I became a member seeing how there was nothing better to do.  It is alot more fun posting then reading.  TO ALL THE GUESTS, JOIN!!!

Haha, I remember our chats! Those were the times, those were the times... Seriously, it was loads of fun. :)

Note to self: Bug some admin to put the chat back up.

well i was coming to this site for news for the longest time

i think it was around christmas \'99

but i never went to the forum until after it changed to the VBB - this is my first forum i ever registered to and it is the main one i post at

well after some time of visting the site i registered and began posting a little here and there - until i finally got less hours of work and had time to get online and now i am here
