Onimusha ending spolier

Whats the deal with that costume..its so weird.  Anyways..I beat Onimusha today..got a B rating..not to shabby.  I missed like 6 florides though.  I was just wondering if anyone managed to get an A or an S grade.

I loved the close up fo Frontibras\'s (sp?) face.

I thought that was cool

but I haven\'t even checked out the Panda suit yet, I\'m playing RoR now

You should just play it until you get the gauntlet..except with the panda suit its just a daisy hehe.  Oh yeah..I noticed there is this little bear in the pouch that moves his head around and wiggles his little arms.  What sucks about the CG sequences is that there were no sub-titles.  I was playing the whole game with Jap voices english subs.  I hated the english voices..but during the CG sequences..I didn\'t know what they were saying.  What did the final boss say before you fight him anyways.

He rambles on about how he is lord of the Demons and so on and so on. Samonsuke says he will kill him no matter what, yadda yadda yadda. Either way, it was cool.

The ending kicked total ass. I loved when he turned into \'Ultra-kick-your-ass\' mode and had the glowing sword. I only wish that if you beat it, instead of the Panda suit you could use that mode. He looked so friggin\' cool.

I got to him with no medication, no tailsman and no bishamon sword. So, I only had the two right before the battle with him. Took me abit, but I beat him and only used one medicine.

The Panda suit is funny! Though, like Ryu said in his review, it would be cooler if enemies or people noticed the suit and done something. Maybe laugh at him? Anything!

I\'m going to play it again and try to get an S ranking, I was looking on IGN after I beat it and noticed that if you got a S ranking, Kaede got a special outfit that was described as "demonic". Hmmm! This I have to see.

By the way, what did you guys think about the Onimusha 2: Warlords trailer? I wasn\'t too impressed though it did give me a fuzzy feeling inside to know that there was another one in the making.

I love this damn game.

I saw the trailer..I dont think Samo will be making another appearance.  And if he does..he probaby wont be a playable char.  Thats cool though..it gives capcom to make a totaly new story that maybe might reveal something about the first one.  I manged to get the last sword..the dark relem thing is kinda hard..but if you have alot of healing matierals you should be able to make it.  Anyways..now I\'m just sitting here..wondering what game should I buy next...Ring of Red is avaliable now..but I still dont know about that one

Well I\'m assuming you played with English voices..have you considered playing it with Japanese voices next time around?  I\'m used to reading sub-titles anyways..you get a nack for it when you watch so much subbed anime ^____^

I can see it now.  You\'re playing the game through and just before you get the red orb for the second time and fight the first reynoldas, you talk to that wierd looking guy who is disecting a human body.  The dialogue goes something like this:

Demon Surgeon: "oooo a liver, and... what is that smell?!  Oh, just a hum... What in the hell are you doing in a panda suit!?"

Samonusuke: "Face me demon!"

Hahahahaha, classic.

The ending was somewhat open-ended. I think Samonsuke was possesed at the end and he will be the main "evil" character in the second. At least, thats how I saw the ending.

This is pretty cool to read, if you haven\'t read it before. Its an extremely old preview at IGN of Onimusha. It mentions alot of the stuff that was missing from final version.

I missed 7 flourites and got a B rankin\' .. I\'m thinkin\' about goin to just get all 20 flourites, then beat the Oni-Spirit mini-game and then get all the secerts from that, load it back up, beat it with the un-limited magic and what not it gives you, to get the S rankin\'. At least that is how I hope to do it.

There is so many funny things that could happen if the enemies noticed his panda suit. Like at the end when the princess screams "Samonsuke!!"

She could go..

"Samonsuke!! What are you doin\' in a Panda suit?!?"
Then Fortican comes out..

"I am lord of the ...What the hell?! A panda suit?" and starts laughing.

Memo to Capcom: Add some extra reactions next time to the enemies for special custome.

I replayed the game today. Time 2hr 59min.  I have gotten an S ranking before.  I always look for those flourites, why i don\'t know.  

To get Kaeda\'s special costume is unlocked by completing the Hard mode.  She\'s wearing a suit from Darkstalkers, I believe.

Why on earth would you do that, the English voice overs weren\'t great but at least you can understand them

here I go fighting the last boss with the Bishmon sword and 6 medicines. Only 17 flourites, though.


I love this game. It definitely deserves a replay.

The first time I played it I beat it in 8:55 minutes.
I used 1 medication to beat Fortinbras.
Everyone complained how hard he was, I beat him on my second try no problem.
I got a B ranking.
I got to the 17th floor, had 19!NINETEEN! Florites DAMNIT!
I had collected 99,999 souls and I dont know how many demons I had killed.
Its fun in this game to just run around and kill **** towards the end.
This game is amazing.

I\'m weird like that..I always prefered to hear the orginal voices..in this case it would be japanese.  I devolped that habit when I first started to watch subbed anime instead of dubbed.  If the game wasn\'t sub-titled..then I wouldn\'t select the Japanese voices.   There are a few cases where I prefered dubbed...Metal gear solid is a fantastic dub..I\'m assuming MGS2 is too.   But..really..its just a habit..and most of the time..the orginal voices are better.

Right now Im playing Oni spirits this is kinda hard.
I just got beat and I was only on the 4th level.
You have a total of 12.
You start of with only your sword and your armor,
and you go and break vases.
As you break them you uncover chests.
In the chests are everything you had, including your dragon orbs.
So as you progress it gets harder, but you get more help.

Speaking of chests.
There is one chest I could never Decipher.
The one right near the boat house.
Its question is: What is a container to hold the souls in the gauntlet in?
Is it dragon orb?

I believe it was dragon orb, but the answer to this puzzle is only 2 sets of symbols leaving the 3rd blank. All the other decoders we\'re 3 sets of symbols .
