I thought this would be a huge seller like Onimusha. What has gone wrong here. Metal Gear 2 is packed in, and ZoE is supposed to be one kick ass game.

:(

Only 94 thousand sales !
I met him 15 years ago, I was told there was nothing left, no reason, no concious, no understanding and even the most rudamentory sense of life or death, good or evil, right or wrong, I met this 6 year old child with this blang pale emotionless face and, the blackest eyes, the devils eyes, I spent 8 years trying to reach him, and then another 7 trying to keep him locked up because I realised what was living behind that boys eyes was purly and simply evil.

???  Don\'t ask me.  I want this game really bad.  The Japanese must be really crazy or something. :)

ZOE might not be the Japanese\'s cup of tea exactly...

Not to mention, the MGS2 demo isn\'t a huge selling point either since, this game didn\'t sell well in Japan [edit: talking about MGS here]. There was a running joke that when people on the street meet Kojima, they say "hey, its the guy whos games don\'t sell". Paraphrasing since I don\'t have the exact quote. This came from Kojima himself if anyone is wondering (think it came from a Core Magazine interview).
Opinions are not important.

The japanese could care less  about the MGS2 demo, thats nothing to get there attention.

but they like mechs so I thought it would of sold a bit more.

dont worry man, the japanese prefer their dating games over this kind of game. Its very normal that this game itsn\'t selling very well, the japanese gaming market is kinda down and on the backburner. In the us though,.. it\'ll sell like hotcakes ;)

he dsiad in another thread that he had about 250 or something, and hes getting more, please pstwo, pointless pics like that that have absolutly nothing to do with this thread is annoying, with any thread for that manner, you said you would turn it down a bit, but that doesnt mean you can post 1 pointless pic in every thread.

MGS never sold well in Japan so I wouldn\'t expect MGS2 to sell well there. And it seems that Koijma games have more appeal to the westeren market than the Japanese. I bet ZOE will do better over here. And ZOE isn\'t like a mech sim maybe that\'s why the Japanese didn\'t care for it. They rather have Square and Enix rpgs than anything else.

well i think the game would sell much better if it was a multiplayer, type game. this one will be a more fly around version of armored core 2, not to say thats bad, but i like to play games with my friends more than by myself, because you just dont have enough fun.
but thats ok, ill rent it before i think about buying it. i have to save up for the sh!t load of titles that are coming in the near future!
:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
IM BACK. you have a problem with that? get in the back.

I think there is a multiplayer mode in ZOE. As for the game not selling well in japan, thats not going to effect the millions of people in the US waiting to get their hands on it. Me being one of those millions :D I\'ve already prepaid for it in full. Plus i got all my finals and midterms done this week and I go on spring break this coming weekend so I can enjoy playing ZOE through in one sit down when it hits stores on the 27th. I\'ll just have to decide which I should play first. THe MGS2 demo or the ZOE game itself. hrmmm decisions decisions :D
Oro?!?

LOVE AND PEASU!!! LOVE AND PEASU!!! LOVE AND PEASU!!!
