The Xbox gets slammed again!

Well, Denis Dyack can either do two things.   He could be telling the truth and by E3 blow our minds, or he could be talking a load of crap.

You can\'t call Jumpman a fanboy just because he favors Nintendo and doesn\'t own a PS2. Wouldn\'t that make many members here fanboys? How many people can honestly say they don\'t favor a particular system? Especially with so many good games, exclusive? Money concerns have prevented many people from getting all the systems. $300 is not that easy to extract from our wallets. And mediocre games doesn\'t help it much.

What is wrong with taking a wait-and-see attitude?

And no, a true gamer DOES NOT get every system available. A true gamer gets every system with worthy games, provided he/she has the financial resources. Otherwise, the POOR true gamer just plain enjoys good games, whatever he/she can afford.

I disagree completely. You make it sound like that they are 100% bias towards Nintendo, but thats just not the case. They openly admitted that they liked other games from other console. Example: They were at the IGN boards one time and someone asked what were your favorite games. He named a lot of games but only 3 -5 were Nintendo ones(Zelda,Mario,GE). He mostly named Genesis, PSX, and DC games. The guy is not a fanboy, make no mistake people. He\'s no Jason Ruban... not even close. This guy has done many interviews and this is the first time he has ever mentioned the Xbox. He\'s no moron either.

I don\'t see why that statement is bull****. He clearly says that nothing he\'s SEEN so far can match what his games can do. He doesn\'t say GameCube will look the best, but he just says from what his seen on PS2 and Xbox, the GameCube will still be able to do better. He doesn\'t even remotely make it sound like GameCube will look better for a fact.

And I plan on buying PS2 when it has a nice libary of games that I know I will enjoy.   Well nobody knows what the xbox is going to cost. $300 dollars is just speculation.  Mediocre games didn\'t stop people from buying a PS2 did they?  Every single title at this point on the PS2 is mediocre.  GT3 and MGS2 are not out yet so they don\'t count.  We know at least the PS2 is more than 300.00, way more in some cases.

1. Mario is a good platform game despite being childess.

2. I don\'t play Pokemon.

3. Zelda is not kiddie. Play MM and say that with a straight face troll.

4. I\'ll probably have more fun playing Too Human, RE:0, 1080 2, Eternal Darkness, Dinosaur Planet, Perfect Dark 2, Thornado, SSX:SE, Star Wars:Rogues Squadron 2, ect, which are all non kiddie games. The point is while Nintendo themselves will be mostly aiming at kids, GameCube will have a large amount of games targeted for older people.
