I see your an AC fan.
It was working fine for me.
It was a little choppy, but I also have a 56k running through AOL, so my connection sucks.

Ok.  It\'s in the Replay mode now.

I\'ve been hunting down the software all night to try and make this work.  I\'m using my digital cam cord and running the video into the cam and out of the firewire into the PC.  I know there is no sound right now, the cord isn\'t long enough.  Sorry about the frame rate too.  I know it\'s got to be really bad for dial up users.  But this is the first run so maybe I can clean it up a bit.  

And yes, I\'m using Human Plus with an highly efficient AC.

Thanks guys.  I\'m going to mess with some settings now.

Just for information: the framerate is 3.5 to 5 fps with my dsl...
It´s running in the middle of my screen... IT´S FUN !!!!!
